Selecting existing funders in Australia

Optional information is marked with (O), otherwise everything is mandatory. (C) means it can be changed to something you'd prefer. N/A means that it is not an option based on the funder type. Funder type and Funder name are different because with some funder types (e.g. traffic accident) the funder names differ around Australia (e.g. TAC).
